-Posture and core weak. Also, need to work on proper form
-Strength: 3
-Energized
-Very sore
-May have overdone the number of reps or weight. I did use lighter weight, but my strength is significantly lower so that light weight was still quiet heavy.
Going forward: might need to do loweest number of reps (no less than 6).

-My left hip flexor is either tight or weak. Everytime I squat I feel very weak. It causes me not to be able to squat as deep or heavy
-Lifted very light weight.
Strength is: 3
-Energized
-Kinda sore
-I think lifting this light and doing lower reps helped me to not be to sore the next day
