| Living in WIMI (What is more important) mode! The moderate discomfort is more than worth the results so far. Knowing it will get harder the more I lose means there's work to do. The foundation of key habits (including an acceptance of discomfort) must be built solidly during these early weeks of initial change. Hoping to get below 230 by Thanksgiving is an aggressive but marginally achievable objective. Marginally means little to no room for misbehaving. | |
