The difference in my back is still noticeable and continuing to improve. I think my flexibility is improving ever so slightly. That will have to be seen over a period of 6-12 months for a definitive result. Don’t let set backs get you down

Definitely an improvement in my back pain since doing the yoga. Or at least what I call yoga. Too soon to correlate the pain and yoga together. Signs look promising. I think this will need an extended period to produce definitive results

The reason behind this commitment, is purely so that I can see,once and for all, how it improves or affects my back over the period of one month. At the start, my back is just coming out of one of my bad sessions. I have been without mobility for about 5 weeks and have just managed getting back in the gym. My sciatic nerve is continually painful and my posture, gait and mobility are severely hampered. Let’s see how it goes, week by week. I am hoping that being with no pain or reduced pain will help me manage my other commitments better and , more importantly, be a nicer person to others and myself
