08/30: 18 min Mm was ok, mind wandered a bunch... only focused a few times and it wasn't a good focus :\ might need to start being more ... idk. intentional about it? Focus more? Idk |

08/29: 18min No 08/28 because my sleep schedule = skipped a day now... (woke up around 12am of 08/29, so, didn't have an "08/28" day) Today's session was meh, it was okkkk idk |
