Project Skinny - An overall project for summer, 2020 to set the habits in motion for weight loss and overall fabulosity.
Phase 3 - Maintaining habits set in phase 1 and 2 with some diet flexibility. Aim to average 1000-1200 calories per day (up to 1500 on occasion is acceptable). Aim to average 10,000 steps per day (stretch target to hit that every day for August). Goal Weight by Completion: 110 lbs. or less!!!
