Haven’t posted on here. That’s my B ✋. I’ve been crushing it at work the last 2 weeks. I can feel it in my bones I’m about to take off with 2-3 sales, and 15 disclosures a week throughout October.
I am no longer aiming for top sales agent, but aiming to crush sales in order to move to acquisitions faster. Sales is checkers, acquisitions is chess. There I will learn the art of finding off market deals, comping, and mastering rehab costs, as a bonus I should make twice the money to put towards my own rental portfolio.
My most important goal right now is buying a small Multifamily in April ‘21. I need 40k in savings to pay for taxes, downpayment, and reserves. Savings account reads 15k today. Keep hammerin. |

Another failed day of prospecting. Ive been sending and landing 1-3 disclosures a day which is ok considering my monthly goal is 20+ but I know it’s possible to find 5 quality buyers every day and send them the disclosure. Odds are 3/5 sign a day..I should be pushing 60 a month. The boss requires we land 10+/mo. Need to capitalize on down time early morning and late nights to build priority call lists to make the most of that one calm hour 9-10, before the phone starts ringing and I start driving all around the metroplex. |

Only 1 hour of prospecting this morning before 10+ properties released. Sent 2 disclosures, landed both - solid buyers ready to pull the trigger. Need to send 5 though. Need to make a priority call list to hit early every day before the hustle and bustle of selling begins. Get shots on target early and often. Not the best start. |
