| Have slacked on this habit alot the last couple of days and I know I lost $43. I could have easily cut corners and not pay the price. Today was a smooth session. Very easily distracted but used my mantra "I am in control" to ground me back to my body. Was focused too much on the outcome and the feeling of the relaxation feeling you get from meditation. Then later I find I was able to flow and stay with my breath. I didnt reach trance state because my stubborn mind was craving it too much, which then backfired. | |

| Extremely rocky session of meditation. Kept drifting my focus but I made sure I persisted through it. Loads of physical anxiety symptoms causes due to over thinking the practice. remember to always mantra “I am in control” understand that every time you catch a thought that it is the letting go muscle | |
