July 23rd - core finisher #1, shadowboxing shred #3, HB #3, HB #4, 100 kicks - 50 teeps focus balance and 50 roundhouses focus on pivots.

Got sick and had to quit my workout. Did core finisher # 1 and round 1 of shadowboxing shred # 3 and then I got sick

Core Finisher #1, Shadowboxing shred #3, HB #1, HB #2 and 100 kicks focus again on fast teeps for balance work. Also started my own drills to practice my pivots to improve my roundhouse and switch kicks.
