I worked out Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday last week but struggled to make time to work out Friday and Saturday.

Sunday 7/5 was a rest day for me and I performed workouts Mon 7/6, Tues 7/7, and Wed 7/8. Rested Thurs 7/9. Ran a mile Fri 7/10 improving my time by 5 min from 4 months ago. And performed a workout Sat morning 7/11 before floating on the river.

Sun. June 28th was my rest day. I worked out Mon. June 29, Tuesday 6/30 was another rest day, Wed. 7/1 I worked out, Thurs. 7/2 I performed a workout, Fri. 7/3 I performed the same workout as Thurs. but longer and with my coach, and Sat. 7/4 I did not have a lot of time so I did a quick ab workout before heading out of town.

Sunday 6/21-Saturday 6/27 I struggled a bit with diet on Sunday 6/21 but had success with diet the rest of the week which showed with me losing more weight 6/25. Saturday 6/27 I did not do the workout I had planned because I sweated my buns off working super hard to clean race cars, loading and unloading over 20 heavy tires, loading and unloading race cars. Other than that unconventional workout I stuck to normal workouts the rest of the week.
