| Was able to schedule a face to face for today for one of my clients. Another therapist was going to do my sibling group face to face but these children are moving foster homes today and I will have to schedule with their new family when I return from vacation the week of July 6. | |

| The ACTUAL completion date for this goal was today, 6/17. For the past three days I have sent out an email to all LMHCs requesting assistance with the face to face insurance requirement. 4 out of 7 responded and completed . will send out email daily to LMHCs until the other 3 face to faces are complete. New target date set for 6/23. | |
