| No doubt you're going to be adding solid muscle mass (pounds). You're fighting a hard battle (the scale). Whereas I am just fighting the donuts. Up to you if you want to back out. I wouldn't blame you. You're still kicking butt in the healthy living arena. I'm just sprinting toward the grave. Lol | |

| Oh man. Should we cancel our contacts. I'm really struggling to budge the scale. I just got a body scan done the other day and compared to the last time I had it done, which was about 4 months ago, I've lost 7 lb of fat and gained 3 lb of muscle. I'm fairly happy with that. But, on top of that, I've started taking creatine regularly and am now taking whey protein regularly, which I can't help but wonder if that's also contributing to the scale not budging | |
