Well I'm noticing a difference in the way clothes are fitting me but I got my second inbody done & I lost 1lb of muscle & gained half a pound of fat 😒 but I lost 2 lbs I have been better at eating better but not enough & I've been consistently using my cellulite lotion on my legs & my water intake has gone down. I have not committed to another workout program but I've been trying out various programs. I will work on it |

Soo I haven't done much different this last week, I've only been doing 1 work out a day & my eating is somewhat good but my water intake is definitely better. I hope to commit to a new program by next Monday & really work with my eating habits. I feel my period coming & praying I'll stay motivated to keep moving through it 😬🤞 |

yay!!! I finished both workouts!! Now I'm not sure what program I'll continue with but I'm trying out liift 4 for now & maybe incorporate 21 day extreme a little later but I'm still unsure & looking! My eating has been better this past week but my water intake hasn't improved much. I have not done any cupping this whole week 😕 & I did my first in body today 😬🙈 it was bad but probably not as bad if I hadn't started working out 😳so let's see where I am in 2 weeks🤗 |

Today is the the first day of week 6 for transform 20 & week 2 of 21 day fix I have been drinking more water & my food intake has gotten a little better & I tried cupping every day of the week but it was too painful so I only did it 3 days 😕 my knees have started to hurt but I’m determined to finish these programs next weekend 🤗 |
