| Things are going well. The domain is live, although only a template. I'm done with the first draft of the copy and have been working on the marketing plan and deliverables. | |

| Everything's coming together. Avi's working on the mockup, Pradeep is coding the main slider effect, and I've written most of the copy. I'm working on the video script and storyboard which isn't necessary for this first version of the site. I feel confident we'll have a working alpha site by the deadline. | |

| Solid progress this morning and on Saturday. I think the website project will go smoothly after I do the hard work of clarifying our brand promise and messaging. By Friday/Saturday I will have our brand story and framework completed and shared with Avi. | |
