I will perform at least one cycle of Wim Hof breathing each day : 30 to 45 rapid deep breaths, followed by holding my breath until gasping point for at least 4 repetitions. I will also experiment with other changes in conjunction with the WHT.

Completed first cycle today. Felt subjectively more clear and focused. Was it breathing, or mindfulness? Can't say. Definitely felt change in heart rate after rapid breaths. Aware of attitude of stoic warriorness. Less hesitant to avert eyes. psychological likely. Wim Hof.
