I'm giving myself a little compassion. I'm trying my best, and I'm becoming better. I didn't adhere to this commitment, but I'm struggling to keep awake during the day and sleep during the night, but I'm improving and I'm actually starting to get to sleep when I need to and stay up during the day. |

Having trouble sleeping @ 21:00 - 03:00. Going to start intermittent fasting (IF) starting at 11:00 and cutting caffeine at 15:00 to see if I sleep better. Once my circadian rhythm is back, maybe I'll go back into late-night foodstuffs. |

Ton of JS work done, set up GitLab, wrote a bunch of code, did a few code reviews, set up friends list for FB to post to specific people, spoke with an ex-coworker and agreed to rototill his lawn on Friday, played games w/ the sis, played a horror game called Siren, delivered lunch (Jimmy John's) to my sis, raked the junk out of my brother's old lawn (to plant new grass to help sell it), got paid $56, took care of the cat, did my dishes, bought cream and Bubly for my sister, played Borderlands 3 with her when she came home, dealt with her yelling at me for not sleeping, ate some of her fajitas (yum), drank a bit of coffe to push through the final moments, then struggled a bit despite tiredness to sleep b/c of the coffee, but ended up sleeping well. (This commitment is helping me be highly productive.) |

Woke up at 02:45 just to be sure that I was up on time. Let the slight tiredness but hyper-productivity commence. (I'm gonna sleep well tonight once 21:00 hits. |
