| Yesterday, I actually, failed to do anything of the three, but because I once forgot to report and the money was taken on my other commitment, I now will say that I didn't fail. | |

So, I change the rules a bit again. I finished reading the book, and now I am trying to integrate some of its advice. I am currently trying to integrate play into my life. I made a list of things that I enjoyed doing as a kid, and playing guitar as a thing I wanted to try. So, the rules are: * 10 mins of work on social anxiety * Journaling my experiences with integrating the advice of the book * 20 minutes of reading a book. Something I like, preferably. |
