God damn it, i finished the fucking commitment! This is incredible! This was far far more effective than simply committing in your head, and i actually moved forward in my goal! That is fucking amazing for my social skills and a value of work ethis if i want to develop it! At least, i hope so. I want to do it again. Hope, i won't pay any money this time. |

So, yesterday i did teh minimum. I was not at home for most of the day - at my uncle's home wit Haknazar, and so it was not convenient to do smth. Therefore, i did a minimal thing at home in the evening. I just took one word taht i use for describing my feeling and transformed its meaning and intensity by changing the words. At elast, tried. And that was it, but i think it's fine. Today, i did better. I finished transforming the words, and am going to try to use it tonight. So, that is it. |
