TeoKr commits to:
Spend at least 4 hours a day in deep work. I need to swear in the report, that I haven't broke any of these rules:
- Single task, when I'm working, I don't swich to other taks (if it's not required), until I finish the one. - No unrelated daydreaming. - No distractions. - Not going away from work (to kitchen etc.) during a tracked hour. I will also describe exactly what I've worked on and accomplished during those hours, tracked using Toggl and post a visual proof if possible.
