Disappointment didn’t lose anything just my bodies reminder that nope, I’m not one of the lucky ones that doesn’t have to work out to be fit. Nope my genetics suck and I have to claw and fight in order to lose a pound a week. My body will Betray me at any chance it gets. If I have a beer or two I get gout hey have shellfish I get gout hey baby look at anything sweet my blood sugar will go crazy. At this point I wish I never had tasted any kind of food at all I would have just been fed through a tube and not know what I missing. This way there would not be temptation |

Looks like intermediate fasting is working good I was afraid that my results would be different based on my cardio being cut back. It’s definitely not easy I kind of celebrated tonight and had a burger and fries. I didn’t feel good after so I don’t know about doing that again. Good in good out bad in bad out. Also started on core and legs work out hopefully that helps also I know this gonna sound stupid but playing beat sabers for an hour everyday get the heart pumping. |

Because of the coronavirus scare they have shut down the pool therefore I cannot get in my usual three times a week swim. Man, that’s bad timing I was doing well. I’m gonna keep to my planned fasting I’m contemplating the different fasting regiments out there trying figure out the best one for me. In the mean time luckily the weather has gotten warmer and I can take the dog for a walk so that’s a good alternative to swimming for now. I will try to do some pushups everyday it’s embarrassing that I can’t do then like I used to I feel so bad. |
