| Amazing! We had daylight saving time, and I STILL woke up by myself, without an alarm, at 6:30 am, formally known as 5:30 am. Only 6.5 hours of sleep, with one interruption, and still excited to write newsletters. I already have two lined up in my head. | |

| Went to bed at 11:30 pm, after a screaming fight over David's cooking and some reconciliation, was wide awake at 4:30 am, fell back asleep, had vivid dreams of Jan, Wilma, Rob in David's cleaned up office, then woke up at 6:30 am. | |

| Wide awake at 4:30 with racing mind, after five hours of sleep. Listened to HeadSpace and fell back asleep, solidly, with very positive dreams about Austin ClubHouse. | |
