Week 10 of 10

jgavant commits to:
Eating healthy food as much as possible.
For me, this typically means that Sunday through Friday, I have yogurt for breakfast, a salad with a protein for lunch, and a balanced supper.
Shabbos is more challenging. I commit to trying to eat less challah, take reasoable portions, and only have small portions of dessert (if I feel I really want it).
I will strive to avoid unhealthy snacks and desserts during the week, but will allow 1 or 2 if I feel I really need/want it.

Pretty shvach week of eating. way too many desserts every day. I need a wake up call and I'm calling this a loss, so you're $30 richer :)

Overall I'm counting this a success, since I wrote "typically" have yogurt, salad, and normal supper. This week, I'm adding a new challenge which is that I am still allowed to have some desserts, but I have to first text you that I'm going to have it!
