Eating healthy food as much as possible.
For me, this typically means that Sunday through Friday, I have yogurt for breakfast, a salad with a protein for lunch, and a balanced supper. Shabbos is more challenging. I commit to trying to eat less challah, take reasoable portions, and only have small portions of dessert (if I feel I really want it). I will strive to avoid unhealthy snacks and desserts during the week, but will allow 1 or 2 if I feel I really need/want it.
