Weekly weight loss goals: 1) 27.1.20: 12 stones 2) 3.2.20: 11 stone 9lbs Then 2lbs per week off by every following Monday to and including 23.3.20 3) 23.3.20: 10 stone 9lbs 4) 30.3.20: 10 stone 8lbs Then 1lbs down from 10 stone 8lbs by each following Monday until Monday 25th May 2020
