Waking up at least an hour before having to depart for work to spend “me time” to have a cup of joe and read for leisure or self empowerment. I also commit to workout at the gym at least 3 days a week and maintain my eating lifestyle of sticking with the macros (unless it’s the weekly cheat day).

Two days this week I did not stay true to getting up when the alarm went off and went back to bed. I think this is due to staying up too late the night before. I also stress ate the two days that I stayed up later. For the new week I will try and go to bed around 2100 and when I crave foods that are not within my healthier habits I will drink more water.
