Damn I dunno what the next phase should be 😭 to stay under my daily calories or eat only whole foods for 6 days a week. I want to do the first but I'm scared I'll fall out of the habit, I want it to be sustainable to I think I'll go with the whole foods

Phase 1 has been working a charm, tracking my food has automatically put me in a mode of being mindful about what I eat. So even though I'm not under my daily calories most days, I'm eating whole foods dense in nutrients everyday. And I haven't been bloated at all! Even on my period, which is strange because I usually always am hmm
