Trying to stick to my "feeding window" more diligently! Also, this week I began to work out, 1/2 hour on stepper and being active 4x/week.

I didn't think my eating habits this week were that good but I have definitely focused on eating less food, which helps.

Week ahead will be interesting, as I will be visiting Sooz and trying to maintain healthy eating, while dealing with some powerful emotional stuff and being in a city where I love to eat!

This is pretty cool! I continue to try and use intermittent fasting and not eating anything too late. This week, I also tried to really limit breads, pastas and other carbs. Very cool! I still need to get out and move more!
