Know better than to set a long term goal without a plan to achieve it. Foolish. As I already know, but apparently must remind myself of regularly, the way to do it is as follows: Break down into base units. Turn it into a daily process. Do it every day. Trust the process. Today, 2/9/2020, I am starting a new stickk commitment to supplement this one.
