| So in the end, I complete 2/3 of the ironman race and only 39km of the bike leg. Learn many lessons along the way. So I hope my referee will give me a bye because of my efforts in the midst of the covid19 season! | |

| Swim training disrupted by Covid19 shut down of the pool. So I have to look for alternative. May lagoon at East Coast Park or Sentosa. Will have to find a way to get there. | |

| This is a tough period to think about whether I should continue to train longer distances due to a fear of immune compromising. I have not been pushing really hard. But still training my runs and short swims. | |

| This morning woke up feeling tired, and so I put in another 2 hours of sleep. Could also be due to the extra portions carbs (400g ) that I ate yesterday. | |
