Thursday: Green smoothie fast Friday: One meal of Unprocessed food and green smoothie Saturday: Green smoothie fast Sunday: One meal of unprocessed food and green smoothie. Rules: No sugar at all. Only up to 2 tsps of Xylitol allowed per day. All drinks allowed if with plant milk or natural fruit juice.
