So I did more for my self this week than I have in a very long time. Before you hire babysitter so I can go running, and the new news is my husband got me a Fitbit so I'm tracking my exercise calories and steps. And even tracks my sleep and heart rate which is really opening my eyes to all the statistics it gives me. I have some serious work to do and I'm seriously excited to do it XOXO you doing great girl you will lose all this damn weight |

NOW FOR BIGGER NEWS: I have hired my super cool responsible neighbor to babysit my son for an hour every evening on her days of which is monday, tuesday, thursday, & saturday. $12 an hour is minimum wage in Cali and that's all I can afford to pay her. If she is willing to do those nights or at least 3 of them then i will be overjoyed!!! I would like to do 1 to 4 miles running, and the rest of my time walking. |

I have great news!!! Ive been eating vegan for 2 days in a row now so that's big news!! I am so ready to eat vegan for life, its for my health, my love of animals, and for the environment. Its politcal and health purposes. I know i am getting carried away but guess what, this is my dream. I know all or nothing mentality is less likely to stick so i am giving myself the deadline of the end of the year to convert. I am using awesome habit building tips to create a vegan diet whole food plant based diet. |
