Tue, 8th Oct Sleep - 0.5 Slept and woke up late in the morning and slept a lot in the afternoon as well. Eat - 0.5 Pork meat and rice for lunch a bad choice on a weekday, although a holiday. Milk coffee with too much sugar also a poor choice. Move with attitude- 1 Woke up late and wasn't in the zone for better part of the day. Lacked energy + enthusiasm Think - 0.75 Again, nothing significant in this department. Wasn't positive and upbeat and not sure of yourself at times. Act - 0.75 Did some things and didn't do some things too. Very middle of the road. A lot left to be desired here. Total - 3.5 lose to 4 |
