- Read + pray with R 5 + minutes - Bed eyes closed10.30pm - Up 5.45am - Read 6.10am 20 + mins - Pray 6.35am 15 + mins - Lui 7am - Exercise 20 mins x 5 days - 8am - G.S + 5 + minute shower before 9am - Plan H.E x 5 b4 9.30am - EXTRA: 30 mins + Portuguese app x 6 days p week & Rebecca 10 minutes. * With exeption of Mon 30th up 6.40am - starting routine from this time & doing all unless prevented due to travel/family visits etc.
