| This was the best week by far! I hardly bit my nails and they're starting to grow. They definitely don't look normal and are still probably less than half the size of a normal fingernail, but I'm actually making progress. Something that I'm struggling with is kind of weird, but bear with me. I keep bringing my nails to my mouth and kind of run my teeth along my nail which makes me reallyyyy want to bite them, but I stop myself by thinking about my progress. I don't know why but I am having a really hard time with that. Maybe I should pinch myself when I do that since it worked so well with the actual biting. | |
