Skipped Wednesday this Week, but made up for it on Saturday. Had to cut short 2 runs because of problems with my Achilles tendon, but still went for the run. |

Skipped Tuesday for no reason (bad weather). Made up for it on Sunday. Didn't track length exactly, as I now have my Spartan watch. |

Ran for an hour on Monday at the ergometry. Skipped Wednesday - made up for it on Sunday. Mostly short & slow runs after the long run on Monday. |
