| For this coming week: I aim to finish processing all ICC images I have ( almost all for the thesis except for the ncad inhibited ones) and optimising qpcr on all cell lines. I will also run the WB for m146l and l286v of all repeats (for all protein comparisons with and without pepA) . Finally I will finish inhibitions of the l286v and wtf64 ( and run the ros/ mpa/mtt/ Dapi stain) on day 7. Will report progress throughout the week and will be done on Monday . | |

| Hey Monica, as you said that you write better by hand initially, I would say maybe make the outline/bullet points in your notebook and expand on it on your computer at a later time. | |
