On Wednesday Thursday Saturday and Sunday I ran for a couple minutes down to the basketball court. I was super gassed when I got there even though it was barely over a quarter mile. I tried to work in some body weight squats during the week but those were inconsistent. I also jumped 5-10 times to touch the rim (barely) when nobody was playing. Lastly, I worked in a mile walk on two or three days and coupled that with my Japanese reviews.

Overall I am pretty pleased but I am looking forward to getting into the gym for some real squats. My goal for next week is to kick up the distance on the runs, although not very much because running sucks.

I will probably have to make a 3x week commitment rather than 4 after mid-August because of my teaching schedule. But, it feels good to be trending in the right direction after months of garbage.
