This commitment was really successful: I reached my goal every week, and many times I exceeded it. My challenge now will be to keep this going through the university term.

A really active week, with a 2 hr kayak, a swim, 4 rides, 4 walks, 3 runs, and two brief weight training sessions: 14 sessions in all!

Great! 4 rides, 2 walks, weights, and two runs, including one that broke my previous records for mile and k. No movement on weight, but that’s ok.
