This is a weird idea. May work. May not work. But the stakes are more than just monetary. My entire career is on the line. God this is a stupid idea. I am probably gonna forget it by tomm. I am 90+ kilos(close to 200 pounds) I have low stamina. A lot of fatigue. Very less focus and concentration. Nervous eating. My Goal : 75kg (165 pounds),healthy diet, better concentration Here commences Day #1 |
