Mentally, this is the most difficult week of exercise so far. The first 4 weeks I did ok. The last two weeks were ok too. This week, I've overspent my. Budget, made excuses to not exercise even tho I had the time. Ordered take aways when I know I shouldn't for physical and financial reasons. But today I pushed through. Worked on form. Took a couple minutes longer than usual. And I should still get though the week and not need to use Sunday to exercise. 2/3 so far. Just need to keep. It going.
I should remind myself that this is the best I've ever done. Exercising I've never been consistent for longer than 3 weeks. And although I had a week break in the middle this is week 7.
I'm seeing changes when I look in the mirror. Trying not to worry about the weight. That might come when I start doing T25. It might not. But I'm getting stronger so I should just be happy

So I have one day left to go on this week. I've done well so far. Everything hurts a little so the weekend will serve me well I think |

So an update... The weights were added to squats, and I'm going the Arnold press, flys and reverse flys. So all in all its alot more challenging |
