- Do weights min 4x per week. - Stick to your nutrition plan: healty carbs post-workout only all meals homemade mostly lean protein with some healthy fat for all other meals No junk, excess condiments, sugar, or bad carbs. Alcohol is okay, but not enough to feel a buzz.
