Being a bit more flexible with the dieting, but still being conscious of it. I decided to start using the AGRS and logging my calories using myfitnesspal

Doing okay with the gym attendance. Diet's hard, but I am flexible in my approach to it. I'm gonna start tracking my calories (because I know that'll work for me.)
