When I’m feeling lazy or unmotivated just get up. Do something. Anything. Write it down. Let myself off the hook for being lazy without criticizing myself and feeling guilty. Use positive self talk to reward myself for even the smallest steps. The hardest part of achieving a goal is overcoming lack of motivation. To overcome lack of motivation all you have to do is take one small step. And that’s easy.
