| Up ☝ 3 pounds from my weight in at Dr. Chan's office on Wednesday March 27th. Less than two weeks ago. I've been battling binge eating and depression. I may have to break my commitment and weigh myself at home to get back on track. I don't want to owe my anti-charity but I need to get a handle on the situation, before I'm up 5lbs. | |

| I continue to be faithful and to stand by my commitment not to weigh myself at my home scale. This commitment remains hard for me to stick with, but I must take it on faith that everything will work out for the greater good. 🐇 | |

| Not weighing myself, but it's hard not to cheat. I keep praying that I'll have a loss on the scale Friday at my Healthy Balance class. I for sure want a loss on Monday when I weigh in for my doctor's visit. | |
