Success! 😊 I've stopped the binge eating and am down by 5lbs. I really had hit a rough patch these last two weeks, but I continued to exercise, and watch my eating habits. Just believing in God, and myself again has made the difference in me. 😉 |

Really messing up ☝ big time. I haven't exercised in the last two days. I have to exercise now for the next five days straight in order to achieve my commitment goal. I have been discouraged 😞 and battling binge eating for about two weeks now. The scale shows I've put on three pounds since my weigh in at the doctor's office two weeks ago. I need a pep talk to get back on track. |

This week was extremely difficult for me not to throw in the towel and give up. I was feeling depressed this week, because I had gained a couple of pounds, and was not going to reach my target goal weight for today's weigh in at my doctor's visit. But despite my feelings of despair I exercised anyway. I might not have been as enthusiastic about it as I had liked to but I was committed and followed through with my exercise. |

I've got to bust the move today and get in my 5th workout for the week. Yesterday I walked over 14,000 steps. Starting today I'm hoping to burn 🔥 over 500 plus calories, every time I workout. 😅 |
