| Overall, I think my behavioral change ended well. I'm not 100% over the behavior but I have noticed a considerable decrease in biting the inside of my lip and I no longer find it as reinforcing as I did before. | |

| This week has been great! I did well most days and only bit the inside of my mouth a one or two times a day (except for Thursday, I was watching a boring video for class and caught myself several times). Besides that, I think the mints and find other things to do with my mouth (I've even started playing music and singing along has helped) has helped decrease the problem behavior. | |

| This week has been going well! I've continued to carry mints with me to help distract me from biting on my mouth and I've even bought a few suckers just so I can replace my bad behavior with another behavior. Hopefully I'll be able to fade the mints and suckers though that way I'm not always needing to carry them around with me! | |

| I was doing really well this week until my exams hit. I've noticed an increase in my biting these past couple of days. However, I have tried to combat it by buying a bag of mints. Now every time I notice myself chewing on the inside of my mouth, I pop in a mint to keep me from being able to chew on my mouth. | |
