Still going okay, cycling every day and going to gym 3-4 times a week for strength training.

Still going strong, the intermittent fasting with two meals per day has been very helpful. Was difficult when travelling, however, and I was put on a medication that made me eat a lot, which bumped up my weight - however, I am now off it again, and back to my regular routine, so I will continue to lose weight.

Am cycling to uni daily and going to gym 5-6 times per week, as well as eating two meals a day with one snack if absolutely necessary. Seems to be working.
