Now that I have made porn a non-possibility by manually changing my DNS on my computers to a free service which screens out porn, I don’t have temptations. I have eliminated the temptation. I’ve also been more successful this time because I have temporarily stopped drinking. I’m surprised by how much of an effect this has had. When I am most vulnerable and weak and liable to make a decision with a purely short term focus is when my frontal lobe and associated ability for higher order decision making is inhibited. Not drinking eliminates the period when I am most weak. |

| I still haven’t kicked the urge. I tried to look up erotic stories without success due to the block I put on my phone. Erotic stories would have lead to erotic photos would have lead to porn. Must be vigilant if I change phones or go into new wifi to update the block. | |
