12st 0lbs - Put on 2.5lbs
Yep, I know, it's REALLY BAD! I just can't seem to shed this weight. I need to look at my past successes and work out where I'm going wrong. I think it's a mind-set issue and one of how happy I am maybe. I seem to be feeling really anxious right now and when I'm anxious I just feel like eating and drinking all the wrong stuff. I'm going to take this on the chin though. |

11st 11.5lbs - Lost 1/2lb
Ok, so not earth-shattering or even brilliant, but I am heading in the right direction. I have joined another app: MyFitnessPal, and even though that counts calories I'm going to call them Points, to keep that same WW mind-set.
I'm not going to let this conquer me! |

The same weight as last week - 0 loss/gain
I'm having quite a depressing day and I was worried that I had actually gained weight this week. Fortunately, I'm the same as last week so I have to see that with my glass-half-full head on. |

11st 12lbs - I've lost 1lb (now 166lbs).
My WW Weight is slightly different to this, as I weigh myself for StickK first thing in the morning and SticKK at lunchtime. However, I do believe that joining Weight Watchers (Whale Watchers as I call them) again, will help me to focus and lose the weight I want. |
