I'm going to commit to not drinking full-calorie soda or eating candy the first 30 days of 2019. If I don't succeed I have to give $50 to an anti-charity (a non-profit counter to my personal ethos). If I succeed I get the satisfaction of having will power! I welcome anyone help hold me accountable! Let the journey begin... |
