| This commitment is not over. its going to be ongoing but I need strong rewards to establish the habit bc I never feel like doing it. The BBR is a strong motivator, but weekly rewards will be hard to come up with and I don't want to spend a lot of money....have to think about it, but i'm definitely keeping this commitment. | |
