| Crawfish boil does not a diet meal make. Although it could have been the potatoes, corn, and wine to wash it down. Big sigh. Last crawfish of the season, though, and I did resist the demon fried chicken.... | |

| So yesterday I went out for my fat blasting workout, and I was overwhelmed by the smell of fried chicken. I became incensed: which evil merchant of chicken death was inundating MY WORKOUT zone with the almost irresistible aroma of chicken and biscuits??? It turns out that behind the hedges on my campus where I park my car lurks a Church's Chicken franchise, so needless to say, I will be parking somewhere else... and I am down a whole pound! | |

| Today I lost 2 whole ounces! Maybe if I remove my tooth fillings, I will lose more by tomorrow. I skid off the rails with butternut squash macaroni and cheese. I even used diet cheese, but to no avail. I guess I have to strike this item off the go list until I can see a little more progress.... | |
