Habit: reach office by 6:50 a.m. and do 28 push-ups within the next 1 hour. The habit includes Saturdays i.e. if I reach office at 6:50 a.m. and do the aforementioned number of push-ups on Saturdays as well, I get a treat on that Saturday. Otherwise no treat on that Saturday. No penalty on Saturdays though. |
